Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Australian shipping

Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping generally takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Delayed or missing orders

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at admin@alignreflexaromas.com.au and include your order number.

Damaged parcels

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving a damaged order and include photographs and videos of the packaging and products.
